Personal Training has evolved over the years from the old "one size fits all" programs and circuits to custom exercise prescriptions based on sophisticated movement screens and fitness evaluations.
This evolution only makes sense. We all have different body types, medical, exercise and sports histories, nutritional habits, jobs, lifestyles, ages, etc. So to insure your success we need to be clear on your goals, understand you as an individual, figure out what's going on with your body and then tailor a program to address all of these variables.
Over the years FTI programming has evolved into a number of unique areas of specialization:Services including weight loss, pain reduction, general fitness and functional movement. Programming may include TRX, kettlebells, Egoscue, interval training, stability work and much more!
Fitness training for those affected by a life changing neurological injury / illness including but not limited to: stroke, MS, spinal cord / head injuries and Parkinson's. Affiliated with Remed, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Devreaux as well as the region's top Neurological Specialists.
